Please note that we operate as self-catered apartments and do not provide daily housekeeping services. If you require items such as linen, towels, or any other essentials, please let us know at least 1 day in advance, and we will ensure they are supplied in your apartment. It is also possible to arrange cleaning for an additional fee.
Regarding the trash, you can dispose of it in the trash chute located on the same floor as your apartment. The door to access the trash chute is marked with a trash can symbol.
We are a self-catering apartment, meaning that we do not provide meals on-site. However, there are many nearby restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy a variety of dining options. Please check this link for the restaurants.
Each of our apartments has WiFi with high-speed internet connection, and the access details are displayed within the apartment
Regarding heating, our apartments are equipped with two heating systems. The first is a central city heating system connected to the municipal grid, which starts its season on October 15th and operates according to city regulations. The second is through in-apartment devices that can be controlled using the controllers located within the apartment.”
Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit that is independently controlled by a remote, providing cooling.
Eeach apartment has its own parking space located underneath the building, it is secured, and no reservation is needed. The maximum vehicle height that can safely enter is 2m.
A different address does not mean a different location from the one you booked. Our apartments are located in the Belgrade Waterfront complex, and the entrances to the buildings are from different streets. The address we sent you in the instructions is the correct address of the reception entrance to the building where the apartment you booked is located, allowing you to easily and accurately collect the key. If you have any further questions, we are at your disposal
The possibility of an early check-in depends on the departure of previous guests (check-out is until 11 AM) and the cleaning schedule. You can send US a message when you arrive in Belgrade so we can check the status of the apartment. For your information, the large shopping mall ‘Galerija’ is just a 2-minute walk from our apartments, where you can spend quality time while waiting for the apartment to be ready.
To check the possibility of a late check-out, please contact us 1 day before your departure so we can verify the status of your apartment and if new guests are arriving. It is also possible to pay an additional fee to extend your stay if conditions allow.
There are several ways to reach our accommodation from Nikola Tesla Airport:
Private Transfer: You can book a private transfer through us, at least one day before your arrival. The price for a one-way transfer is 30 EUR. You can book here
Taxi: You can take a taxi by getting a voucher from the taxi counter at the airport. The price is approximately 2,500 RSD.
Ride Apps: You can use ride-hailing apps like Yandex or CarGo.
Public Transport: You can take bus line 600 and 601 from the airport to Belgrade Waterfront. Click here for more details.
Regarding the use of the gym and pool, access is exclusively available to guests staying in our two-bedroom apartments in the Residence building, as stated on our website and Booking.com. Only those apartments have access to the pools, and access is strictly controlled, so only guests staying in those apartments can use them. Due to these strict rules, guests staying in other buildings are not permitted to use the pool or gym.
