General information

  • Check in time: from 3pm 
  • Check out time: until 11am
  • Check-out and Check-in is possible outside of reception hours, but you need to inform us in advance so we can arrange the key handover.
  • The reception operates every weekday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (except in the Residence building, where it is open until 11:00 PM). The reception belongs to the building and is not part of our company, but it is available to assist guests with any inquiries.
  • Check-in is possible outside of reception hours, but you need to inform us in advance so we can arrange the key handover.
  • We accept the cash and  following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro
    We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.
  • The reception is not part of our team and is not authorized to handle payments, so you will need to arrange the payment method directly with us.
  • As we are an officially registered and categorized accommodation, we have a legal obligation to register all our guests in accordance with the current laws of the Republic of Serbia. The guest information we are required to collect includes name, surname, date of birth, and for foreign guests, the type of document, document number, country and place of birth, nationality, and the date and place of entry into the Republic of Serbia. For domestic guests, we are required to collect their unique identification number (JMBG), nationality, and place of residence. To comply with this registration, it is necessary to review the guests’ documents in order to collect the required information
  • After the registration of foreign guests, upon their request, we can issue a ‘White Card,’ which serves as proof of their stay.

Other policies

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.

Child policies

  • Children of any age are allowed.

Cots

  • Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

Extra beds

  • No extra beds are available.
Internet
  • WiFi is available in the apartments and is free of charge.
Parking
  • Parking is available to all our guests during their stay and is included in the price. The maximum vehicle height that can safely enter is 2m

Pets are not permitted

  • Access to the gym and pool is exclusively available to guests staying in our two-bedroom apartments in the Residence building, as clearly stated on our website and Booking.com. Only these specific apartments have access to the pool, and access is strictly regulated, allowing only guests staying in those apartments to use the facilities. Due to these strict rules, guests staying in other buildings are not permitted to use the pool or gym
  • The pool and gym hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day.
  • The pool and gym are located on the second floor of the Residence building.
  • If guests wish to use the pool or gym, it is necessary to inform us in advance and provide the names of the individuals who will be using the facilities so we can register them with the management of the spa center and enable access.
  • According to management rules, a maximum of 2 people per apartment are allowed to enter at the same time
